Track your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we email you your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday); orders placed after 15:00 GMT are processed the next business day. Delivery to the UK typically takes 6–10 business days in total.

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder first, then email info@margotandellie.com with your order number and we'll send the tracking link again. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, let us know and we'll chase the carrier for you.
